Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • For digital software: the license key has not been activated (or you have a documented technical issue)
  • For physical media: item is in original, unopened condition with packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Digital licenses that have been activated and are functioning normally (no technical fault)
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Items returned without the original order number

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • For physical products, we will provide a return shipping label within 1–2 business days
  • For digital products, we will verify the deactivation and process your refund directly

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Digital products: Refund processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method
  • Physical products: Refund processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within 1–3 business days
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem with your software, please contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund. Our technical support team will work to resolve the issue within 3 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of activation status.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will ship the correct item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect orders.

Exchange Policy
